uhggggg. This was a hard workout. During the warmup I felt awful, it seemed like every single muscle in my legs was dead, but I did it anyways. However after we ran the loop and did the tempo I felt better. I ran the first rep and actually felt pretty good. It felt to run that crazy fast, and I was darn tired by the end of it. Also, I was right with the pack, not a step off, which was really good. The next reps were getting harder, but I still felt pretty good. I was still with our main pack, and my form hadn't deteriorated past what it usually is. The next two reps were crazy hard, but I made sure to cook them. By this time, I would be with the main pack until the 800, which is when they would start to break of. The last rep though, oof. I managed to not let them gap me at the 800, and I stuck on pretty well. Noah was pretty much completely out of it due to headache issues, but the other boiz had good workouts, maybe not Xannies, I don't know what he was doing those first few reps.
