Comments:
Ran 2.2 up to Phelps Grove
Stretched and strides and drills
Then 3 mile tempo on 1 mile loop
2.1 miles down back to DU campus.
Felt ok the first 1.5 miles then struggled to maintain. Ate at 11:45 and warmed up at 1:45 so stomach was still full and caused me to feel sluggish. Otherwise a great workout!
