Weather: 70s, sun, pleasant
Comments:
Jogged first loop of the course (twice) for warm up and then coached 7 races from 1:00-6:00. Nice to have a few breaks mixed in during seeded races, etc. Probably ran about a mile for each race. Middle toes on both feet experienced some cramping and/or numbness which has been the case more than once of late. (?) Also, Calves are good, although I know I should be doing some preventative work on them. I feel like I'm only one workout or long run away from a recurrence. Left knee continues to flare up at times. All in all, I help up pretty well through the day. The teams ran tough. Bought new shoes for a bargain as the Chevy Chase Running Company was closing today. I need them.
