Comments:
It was an interesting workout, 12x200meters. Supposed to be 35-40 seconds with 90 seconds rest in between. It was too easy. Kell started assigning push ups if we were too fast. I started running a few in lane 3 to be at 35, then the last one in lane 5 to be at 35. Solid cool down afterward.

All 200s were between 33-36.
