I may be exaggerating a bit with the title, but I haven't done serious 400m repeats in quite some time. The workout was 12x400m with a few guys from the club. They pulled me through the first 10, but I was dragging on the last two. Still managed to average about 74's. I am definitely not as quick as I once was.
