WNY Gym Elliptical Machine

Comments:
Missed a couple of weeks due to being too busy and lazy, not injured any worse than usual. Dig lots of 15 lb. dumbbell curls, leg presses, and bench press machine. On elliptical, I moved up the difficulty every 3.5 minutes.
