Comments:
William was sick so Tayo and I managed the sprinters. I joined them for most of the 8x50 meter "sprints" and light body-strength drills in between. Then we jogged to Ft. Reno and I joined for 5 full hills. I felt slow and heavy. Jogged back and then joined most of the stair work which varied in cycles between running and different sorts of lunges. A decently satisfying day, although I'd have preferred to either warm up properly and have done this work right or to have run steady.
