Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
same route as last sunday except went out 5 minutes further. Felt fast coming back and faster going out than last week. Negative split by 5 seconds a minute as opposed to 4 last week. Which is impressive considering I went out faster as well. Need to stretch a lot or I will pay for this run tomorrow. Also the slow pace going out is basically due to the first 15 minutes which were super slow. I would guess by 25 minutes in I was cruising at under 7 pace. Also a note on last week
