Comments:
Spent all morning and some of the afternoon at Prep coaching a good meet. Family stuff got me distracted when I got home, but I sent the girls out to walk Sally and scampered out in coaching shirt and gloves for a quick romp through Chevy Chase. Loosened up quickly and was feeling strong and quick when my 15 minutes were up. Finished with some strong uphill running up the path and over to the girls and dog. Sprinted a few short segments with Sally as I was already loose, but she's still faster than me.
