Comments:
Ran back to AU with a small group which missed yesterday's workout. (13 minutes) stood and timed most of the workout, but jumped in to run the last 4 300s with Ana Gunther. Also did a 200 with her. Others were in and out of the workout. My pace was based upon them, and not quite all out. 65.2, (57 sec cool down), 61.2 (59), 63 (73) 62.6 (1:50 for 200m recov) 39.1 for 200m. Then ran back to GDS in 14 minutes (last mile from AU was well over 9 min pace.
