10 mile run w/tempo

Weather: 4:00 p.m. 42 and breezy

Comments:
Ran at the beginning of the Frisco Trail. 5.5 out and back. Pushed for about 4.5 miles back and then finished with an easy mile. Felt pretty good and wanted a tempo run longer than 2-3 so started out a bit slower. Felt good for the most part.
Weights and core after at PF.
