Comments:
After the boys arrived in Philly and the girls left, I took them on a start and stop sort of jog up Locust walk and into the stadium to see a bit of steeple. I was good and tired, and especially in pain at my right groin/hip flexor and so I held back the pace not just for the sprinters, but for me too.
