Comments:
Ran at Nathaniel Green Park.
2 miles up and then strides and drills.
Then ran 6 x 1 lap around Lake Drummond which was .66-.67 or just over a 1k.
2:00-2:30 rest
Then just over 1 mile down.
Def struggled on this like I have with running the past 3 weeks. Pushed through it and had a good workout. Warm and humid but felt good as the sun went down.
