Did an actual run for the first time since crew started. Damn it brings back feelings, good and bad. Im doing a 2k test on Friday and want to keep my fitness. Im tryna break 6:48, and it won't be easy.

I was surprised by my cardio ability, but erging does that to you. The hills were large (total 450ft elevation gain) but also felt super easy. Again, thats from rowing.

Idk dude it was lit.
