Ran some with Ben, then tried to run a few 200's with Greg. I got 4 in, I tried 2 back-to-back and that was it for me. I was like AJ Burnett after 2 innings last night. Hopefully I ran build up some leg and lung strength over the Winter. Hit all the 200s in 30 seconds.
