Weather: Cool, breezy

Comments:
Ran a quarter mile warm-up on track. Then ran a time trial mile in 5:04. Wanted to break 5 minutes, but I will be better in a warmer and less breezy climate, and once I start to get back into running. Then ran a cooldown. Final distance 2.5 miles.
