Weather: humid and 70s
Comments:
Needed to break out of the standard loops around Brant Point so I convinced myself to run to Monomoy and back. Felt like I was trudging all the way there, but after a pause to stretch at the end of the public way in Monomoy, I felt lighter and stronger on the way back, but I was still laboring and paused to buy hot dogs for Clara W's dinner at the in-town Stop and Shop. Somewhat faster for second half of the run, but can't say as I ever felt good and my left knee has been nagging a lot of late.
