Comments:
Ran Dad's loop feeling decent and concentrating on a decent pace. miles were like 7:45, 7:45, 7:30, sub 7:30. Time was 30:37 and assuming I'd race the next day, I was trying to avoid pushing out of my comfort zone, but it definitely felt like a quality day. Worked in a pair of striders on the final stretch. Part of the reason I didn't end up racing Tuesday was because I was afraid that if this pace hurt so much, how would I run sub 7s easily.
