Weather: A tad nippy

XC workout. My times were 5:58, 6:02, 6:03, 6:05, and 6:03 again. Started out as just Sammy and I bringing up the rear, but after 2 or 3 intervals, Milad and Nico dropped back with us. Twas nice to have others there to push me, it definitely kept me from slowing down.
Coming off such a huge hiatus from running, I am satisfied, especially since after the first interval I didn't believe I could keep up a similar speed. I had a burning pain in my lungs near the end of the workout, so I think that my aerobic capacity is not quite where it used to be, but I can get that back with a bit of work.

On a side note, I am beginning to grow a novemberstache.
