Had to leave practice early to take Anna to orthopedist for her thumb's growth plate injury. Leah missed practice due to costume work for one acts. We teamed up for a short run through Chevy Chase, DC in the early evening. I gave blood in the early afternoon, so I'd not intended to run today.
