Comments:
Met Griffin Collaizi and Charlie Baar at the GDS LMS. Ran overlook trail to Reservoir rd to canal to Chain Br to Heritage trail. I paused for an 8 minute stretch and did a few Apollo Onos on the high ground before reaching Rt 123 while the other two extended 8 extra minutes. We made it an out and back. On the way back, I sent them ahead for the stretch along the canal. for the most part, it was a solid training run/maybe long run for the shape I'm in. I'm definitely feeling my conditioning fading away a a bit over the past few weeks as I take more days off to rest the hip/back/groin. Pace today varied depending upon if we were on the trail or flat or mud. I was limping throughout, but the right side held up pretty well, all in all. Since last week's reset and graston, I've been a bit better than the previous few weeks.
