Ran 2 miles up with team towards Phelps Grove Park. Stopped and stretched after a mile. Then did 8x1:00 on/1:00 off then 2:00 on. Had 2 2:00 off towards the end. Ran 5:15-5:31 pace on all and was pushing. About 1.5 down. Weights and core after
