Weather: 4:20 p.m. 52 and nice! Windy.
Comments:
Ran with Trenton in afternoon. Legs def sluggish and hamstrings very tight. But any run is a good run right! Did 4x100 strides on field and ran a lap cool down for almost 7.5 on the day.
