Weather: 1:50 p.m. 52 and nice! Windy!

Comments:
Ran from the track at Pitt State national meet in afternoon. Ran 2 miles easy with Andy, Then stretched and then about 1.5 more before doing following workout.
2 x 2:00 on/1:00 off
5 x 2;00 on/2;00 off
Then close to a mile down for 8 on the day.
Ran 5:48 to 6:00 pace on offs and did a 1:00 on at the end at 5:23 pace. Felt pretty good just no more gears today. Wind in face most of workout.
