Weather: nice, in the 50s

Comments:
Ran to AU alone and ran back alone. Timed early season 300s in between. Leah B rocked my world by mapping and showing me that front doors of GDS to AU track is 1.5 miles rather than 1.3. Not sure I can shift my thinking. Still calling the round trip 2.5 because we used to leave from 42nd street doors back in the day. pace was 7:20-7:30 once I was warmed up both there and back (8:00+ at the start, of course.) Shoes are starting to shoe their age.
