not bad for the dreadmill

Comments:
Run during lunch break at fitness center. Treadmill run actually went okay. Just kinda droned away. Bumped up the speed to 7:30 miles and felt pretty relaxed but hr was creeping up near the end so I eased up the last mile or so.
Glad I got a run in.
