Comments:
Tried Butts and Guts class again. Kind of a fun alternative to training and it seems help work out the soreness in my glutes. It was kind of tough after raking for three hours yesterday, because the abs were a bit fatigued already. I biked before hand to get warmed up and may try and get even more cardio in next time. Maybe a 15 minute light run .
