Comments:
we went for a warmup,stretched, and did stirder buildups. i did a my first 200 meter in 31 seconds, but i thought it was an 800, so i was pacing myself. i did it again, knowing it was a 200, and my time was 29 seconds. then i did an 800 in 2:38. then i did 6 200 meter intervals.
