Another lift today. Tried to keep it light but add a little after last Thursday but in hindsight I might have done a little too much.
Squats: 3x10 @ 95
Dead Lifts: 3x10 @ 80
Push-Jerks: 3x8 @ 75
lunge walks with 2 25 lb dumbells 3x10 each leg
