Comments:
Lucie and I drove to Sanford Farms and ran the full 6 mile loop. We started together for the first 3 minutes, but then I moved on ahead. I continued to feel tired and slow, as I have most of the week (other than during the race). I paused for a nice, brief stretch on the dune at the ocean, and then trudged back up to the trail head and stretched a bit more and did a bit of strength work there.
