Dear god sub 20 minute 5k never felt so bad. Holy crap that was bad. Granted it was hot and super humid but I mean that's pretty embarrassing. That was an all out effort and I barely broke 20. Haven't had any direction in my training lately and it shows. I need to get a real race scheduled and actually train for it.
