Weather: nice, mid 50s

Comments:
Easy workout; 4x400 with 2 mins rest, full recovery, 4x200 with 2 mins rest. 400s in 65, 63, 63, 63. Didn't feel all out or bad or out of reach, but felt a little awkward. Put on spikes for the 200s, 29, 29, 29, 28. Was planning on a couple 100s but felt a little light-headed on the 200s so called it quits. Oh wells. Felt good to wear track spikes again, i <3 the milers
