Weather: 77 and moderate humidity... actually decent for July
Comments:
Was nicely joined by the aforementioned alumni and took them down Livingston to Utah to Broad Branch to Grant to Conn Ave and Reno. Dropped Silas at my house and continued with Jacob and Jackson up Conn to just past Bradley. Over to Wisc and back to the house. I was fading in the end, but muscled through. Nice to catch up with all of them fit youngsters (and Silas). This forcing myself to meet people for runs is working... and wearing me out.
