Weather: quite decent, 80s and low humidity
Comments:
After returning from NY on the 10:30am bus, I went to practice at 5:30 and ran with fairly novice group. Kept pace controlled and looped Cleveland Park and McLean Gardens. I've been doing some strength work at STA which is good. I can't really do any ab work due to lingering ab pain since June 20.
