Weather: humid and more warm than air conditioned
Comments:
Practice at STA started with rolls of thunder, so we moved the warm-ups into the stuffy, hot old gym. I encouraged people to run stairs and then lead them on a full tour of the staircases of STA. Usually we'd do the flight 2-3 times and then run down the hallways to the next stairwell. Was nicely drenched in sweat by the end, and my calves and quads might feel this tomorrow. I liked mixing up the stairwells because each one has a unique height of its rise or depth and one's range of motion shifts with each staircase. Did a good bit of strength afterwards.
