Chill lift since I didn't last week.
3x8 squats @ 135
3x8 dead lifts @ 115
3x[5 pull ups 120 jump rope]. Tried an extra set of pull ups after and only got like 3.5... forearms are super sore already
3x 10 each leg walking lunges @ 2 20lb dumbells
3x20 calf raises @ 2 20lb dumbells
