Exercise Type: Run
Weather: pretty warm and humid in most stairwells
Comments:
Led a mellower group for about 24 minutes and then a more advanced group for a similar amount of time through the 10 stairwells of STA. Abdominals on left side were tight, but I got into the flow of it and was starting to feel decently challenged by the end of the second session. Certainly soaked in sweat by the end.
