Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 60s and fog burning off

Comments:
Jogged a nice, mellow loop -essentially around the high school- with Leah and dropped her off. Then got onto the hs track and did two laps of jog the turns, sprint the straightaways. Convinced myself to do 4x800 at 3:00 pace. Turned out to be a bit quicker, which was nice to see. Felt like I was working hard, but not straining (until the final lap of the final one which left me panting for at least ten minutes.)

Recoveries were around 1:20 and were 200 meters each. I'd run 19 minutes with Leah. total time is an estimate.
