Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Cool but warmed up nicely to a comfortable temperature

Comments:
After not running for 8 days due to a head cold, I really thought that I was well enough to do this one. I was wrong. Should have done a Park Run instead. No real energy, still feeling the cold in my head and generally not a nice run. Walked long chunks of it & had no speed when I did run. With Cape Town Marathon in less than a month, things are looking bleak.
