Comments:
Out and back on Shaker for my long run and up to 14! For the first 5 miles, the breakfast sandwich I had for brunch felt like a brick in my stomach (although I do not regret having it). Then, I felt pretty good until just becoming tired in the last couple of miles. Overall a really good long run.
