Down to MLK for an absolutely awesome afternoon in terms of the weather (and the workout).

I increased my tempo to 5 and felt good overall until the last 3/4 to 1/2 mile was out of tempo range a bit. Until then, I felt smooth and overall good.

Dropped 2 seconds per mile, one heartbeat, and added a mile from last week. BAM! I am glad I decided to go with 5 this week.
