Lake Forest

Weather: getting to around 80 and quite pleasant

Comments:
Jogged much of the course (maybe my first time doing the full loop on the far side of the lake?). Coached six races, running about 1.5 miles per race. I was feeling pretty out of shape for this sort of thin by the third race or so. Probably the hardest "workout" I've done in some time, but necessary. Good and beat by the end of the day. Team revealed some nice surprises.
