Weather: Very warm for this time of year.
Comments:
Had a slow but comfortable run on tired legs to 12km and was tracking for a 2:45ish finish, which I would have been thrilled with. But the monster hills from 12km to 17km just took it out of me and in the end, it was all I could do to hang in to sneak under 3-hours. Legs are extremely tired and probably should have stuck with 10km today.
