Comments:
Warmed up over to Mayfield hill and then 10 x 400m. I felt pretty peppy and had a good workout for the final round of hills in this training cycle. I got 4 solid weeks in which is more than the past. So this I good.

I think I can be a but more aggressive in the early repeats.

Met a guy that has been running the hill since 77. Wow! Respect.
