Comments:
My longest long of this training - 16.5. felt really good and strong throughout. Sped up the last 1.5 also to 6:30s/40s since I was feeling good and this was my last big long run (probably).
6 x 60 mile or more weeks! Bu-yah! Now it is time to start to rest a bit. Looking forward to the taper.
