Pace Work - Roxboro

Comments:
I went over to the Roxboro track for some mile repeats to feel my race pace. Did 3 x mile with 2 minutes in between. They were 5:37, 39, and 40.

They didn't feel incredibly comfortable but my legs also did not feel incredibly fresh...so. y HR after the last was in the 150s though so that is a good thing.

Hopefully the fitness is there and the legs just need to rest up! Beautiful fall evening.
