Comments:
Down to MLK for my 4th true 6 or more mile tempo. That makes the most I have done since graduating in my training and I also did the longest today I have done since then also.
Split were: 5: 42, 40, 41, 39, 44, 42, & 36 (.56 miles).
I was happy with how even they were and overall with how it turned out. It felt hard towards the end - but I was also facing some strong breeze and it ended up being a bit warmer than I expected.
This was a good final true workout. Next week I'll just do some brief pace work and that's that. This coming week I really need to focus on good self-care in all facets. 8 days to the race!
