Middle school

Comments:
Did this workout at the middle school track since football was using the case track. There were a ton of pee wee football and soccer practices going on when I got there so people were sitting in lawn chairs on the track and there was stuff everywhere. But they cleared out by the time I was actually about to start so it wasn't much of a big deal.

Workout itself felt real great, pretty easy. But my pacing was all over the place. I had absolutely no rhythm the whole time. Still working into that part I guess.

workout was 4x30 striders followed by 6x800 @8k pace with 1 minute rest. Suggested pace was 6:05-6:10

Felt really strong and was able to handle the short rest better than I expected. 4x30 striders at the start felt pretty good too
