Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
lower legs, calves/stabilizing muscles feeling a little strained the past few days. Thought it might have been the workout in lighter shoes but I've been doing a bunch of work that fast in those shoes so I don't think that's quite it. Think there's a fleet feet sale this weekend.
Run felt pretty good actually despite the strained lower legs. Really enjoyed the rhythm and feel of the run. 4x100 striders felt even better. After the first one they all felt so good.
