Comments:
Icy day. Track was a sheet of ice so I added around 10 sec/800m to the target ranges.
Workout was 4x30m striders then 4x800m at 3k pace (modified to 2:55-3:00 per 800)
striders were tough to get moving on the snow/ice but felt fine. Except I might have pulled something in my left calf? maybe from slipping? Unsure. keeping an eye out

Intervals themselves felt fine. Even though I was all over the track it felt smooth. Wore the running tights instead of the pants which was a good call.
